Cedric Davis (he/him) brings extensive experience to his search clients across sectors as a trusted partner in philanthropy and a former university trustee chair. For six years, Cedric served as a Senior Philanthropic Advisor at Seattle Foundation, where he supported philanthropists in strengthening their community engagement. Prior to that, he spent ten years managing national partnerships at Casey Family Programs, the nation’s largest operating foundation focused on safely reducing the need for foster care in the United States.
Leveraging deep expertise in leadership, sales, marketing, and consulting, Cedric helps clients build authentic relationships and align their passions with critical community needs.
His personal philanthropic interests include faith, affordable housing, education, mentorship and youth development, athletics, preventing gun violence and vigilantism, and supporting families impacted by foster care.
An active community member, Cedric has also served as a board director, board advisor, committee member, and coach across the nonprofit sector. He enjoys spending his personal time with family, golfing, and practicing capoeira.
Cedric earned his B.S. from Southern University and A&M College and his M.B.A. from Seattle Pacific University. He is also Managing Partner at CLADD Consulting.
